Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Strictly Business ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Noor Quran: Prayer & Athan mobile application (the "App") and any associated services, features, or content (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.

1. Eligibility and License Grant

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Strictly Business grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial, and devotional purposes.

2. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the App solely in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the App.
• Modify, translate, adapt, alter, or create derivative works of any portion of the App or its underlying technology.
• Use automated scrapers, spiders, robots, crawlers, or data-extraction tools to capture or extract Quranic audio, translations, scripts, or application metadata.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available the App or any of its features to any third party for commercial exploitation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, disable, or circumvent the security mechanisms or normal functioning of the App, servers, or connected networks.
• Use the Services to transmit harmful code, viruses, malware, or unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive communications.

3. Religious Content, Audio & Accuracy Disclaimer

3.1 Quranic Text, Translations, and Recitations

The Arabic text of the Holy Quran, translations, commentaries, and audio recitations available in the App are incorporated for personal reflection, study, and devotional use. We make diligent efforts to source verified, recognized recitations and textual editions. However, translations and interpretations reflect the human scholarship of their respective authors and should be cross-referenced with qualified scholars.

3.2 Calculation Conventions & Device Sensors

You are solely responsible for selecting the calculation method (e.g., Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura) and Juristic method (Standard/Shafi'i or Hanafi) that conforms to your local community traditions. The accuracy of the Qibla compass relies entirely on your device's internal magnetometer and location sensors; calibration may be required by moving your device in a figure-eight motion away from magnetic interference.

4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Premium Features & In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium functionalities, such as ad-free browsing or enhanced customization features, accessible via one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions ("In-App Purchases").

4.2 Billing & Platform Terms

All financial transactions, billing cycles, renewals, and refunds are managed directly by the platform through which you acquired the App (Apple App Store via Apple Media Services, or Google Play Store via Google LLC). Strictly Business does not store, process, or have access to your payment card details.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your active subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google and must be directed to the respective platform provider.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the App—including but not limited to software design, UI/UX, software code, graphic illustrations, proprietary icons, typography styling, compilations, and trademarks ("Strictly Business" and "Noor Quran: Prayer & Athan")—are owned by or licensed to Strictly Business. Except for the limited license explicitly granted herein, all rights are strictly reserved.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App integrates third-party services and software development kits (SDKs), including Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics. These services may display commercial advertisements, capture aggregated performance statistics, or link to external third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, inspect, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party products, services, or websites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, STRICTLY BUSINESS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRICTLY BUSINESS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, MISSED PRAYER TIMES, OR RELIANCE ON APPLICATION CALCULATIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Strictly Business, its officers, directors, contractors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.

11. Modifications to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued access to or use of the App following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the modifications.
